How to Add Your Signature to Gmail

  2. Click "Copy Signature."
  3. Open Gmail → Settings → See all settings → Signature.
  4. Click Create new, then paste your signature (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V).
  5. Click Save Changes — you're done!
